A few little things to know.
Which set should I choose?+
Classic lashes are normally £25 for a 2-hour 30-minute full set. Current eligible offers are shown with a sale price when you book. Bottomless lashes are £60 for a full set and three weekly 90-minute mini-infills. Each new full set begins a new £60 block.
How do I book my next appointment?+
Choose your treatment, pick an available date and time, and sign in or create an account. Your appointments live in your account, so everything is in one place.
Can I cancel my appointment?+
You can cancel or reschedule upcoming appointments through your account. If you have paid a deposit, it is non-refundable.
Do I need a patch test?+
If you haven’t had extensions with Ellie before, choose your free 15-minute consultation and patch test first. The next step offers lash appointments at least 24 hours after the consultation starts. Returning extension clients don’t need another patch test.
Are there loyalty rewards?+
Get 50% off your 10th lash appointment. Completed lash visits, including Bottomless mini-infills, count. Use your reward at checkout; if your next visit is included in a block, save the reward for a payable visit.
Can I bring a bestie?+
Share your personal referral link from your account. Your friend gets £5 off their first treatment automatically, on top of existing offers. Once they complete their first lash appointment, you receive £5 credit. There is no referral limit.
